MQM submits resolution for new provinces

ISLAMABAD: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Thursday submitted a resolution at National Assembly Secretariat for producing Hazara a separate province and carving out two provinces out of south Punjab, Geo Information noted.
The resolution was submitted by 25 members of MQM including deputy parliamentary leader Syed Haider Abbas Rizvi.
The resolution said that 6 districts which includes Mansehra,stephen curry, Abbotabad, Kohistan, Haripur, Batagram and Toor be merged into a province.
It additional proposed that a referendum be held in south Punjab to locate out if its individuals wanted to have 1 province or two.
